Vishal Jain

Vishal is an independent consultant that facilitates spaces and advises on topics of masculinity, gender, equity, and inclusion. His work centers around building greater gender equity by empowering men and other privileged identities to take responsibility for the creation of equity and justice. Vishal has prior experience as a DEI Consultant for Harvard University, non-profit Director with The Ever Forward Club, Director of DEI and Career Coach at The University of Chicago, and management consultant with Kurt Salmon Part of Accenture Strategy. Vishal holds a master's degree in Education Policy and Management from The Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
